NEW RETURNS
With Receipt – To return or exchange any item for a full refund it MUST BE WITHIN 90 days. New Returns AFTER 90 days will be charged a 25% restock fee. NEW requires that item must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase; card must be present at time of return.
Without Receipts – Returns without a receipt must be NAPA ONLY parts in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. STORE CREDIT GIFT CARD ONLY 25% RESTOCKING FEE
WARRANTY/DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion
NO CASH/CARD REFUNDS ON DEFECTIVE PARTS only exchange or store credit of part will be applied if customer has a valid receipt, STORE CREDIT IS SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCK FEE
NO REFUNDS ON PREVIOUSLY WARRANTIED PARTS
Items will only be WARRANTIED A LIMIT OF 2 TIMES
